Bio Farming

Bio farming, also known as organic farming, is a technique of cultivation which drastically curtails the use of chemicals leading to better quality food products with high nutritive values.

Unlike conventional farming which relies heavily on chemical pesticides, bio farming uses natural methods such as crop rotation, green manure, and composting to control pests and diseases. This results in a reduction in the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, which can be harmful to both humans and the environment.

Bio-farmed foods are also healthier for us because they contain more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than conventionally-grown produce. In addition, bio-farmed foods have a longer shelf life as they are not exposed to the chemicals used in traditional farming.

Thus, by choosing organic produce we not only reduce our exposure to harmful chemicals but also get healthier food that lasts longer.
